Anger is a human emotion that can come and go and can range from mild irritation to extreme rage. Experiencing anger is normal and a common human experience but acting it out through violence or aggression or acting it in impacting on the mind and body is something that can be helped.

The mind can reply the anger tape in relation to someone over and over and this can become draining after a while and also take away from current relationships. Anger can also be used to control others but at what cost ?

Can we love when we are full of anger ?

When we gain awareness around our anger we can begin to create more effective ways of managing it. When we begin to manage anger more effectively we can model new ways of behaving to those around us.
